If there is one brand that can be consistently relied on to pull it out of the bag with Autumn and Winter collections, it is surely Zara. Knitwear is a staple that is certainly in demand all year round, but the colder months allow Zara’s big hit knits to really shine.
Here are a few of my personal favourites from this season.
Knit Blazer With Pockets
Camel is a colour that is always well-suited to Autumnal fashion, and it has remained a hugely popular colour for this season for the last few years, leading brands such as Zara to weave it in to their seasonal collections. This knit blazer has a super sleek feel to it, allowing you to pull off effortless smart casual in the way we all strive for.
Purl Knit Gilet
Yes, that’s right, the sweater vest trend has definitely not gone anywhere yet. And I’m not mad about it. This loose-fitting textured vest would look perfect layered over a roll neck or sweater to keep you looking cosy and stylish.
Purl Knit Cardigan
I, personally, am adding this Purl Knit Cardigan to my basket immediately. The relaxed fit, the ribbed cuffs and the contrasting buttons all give this piece a sophisticated look. Chuck all that in with an Ecru colourway, and I’m sold.
It seems that the preppy look is a big hitter this year. This Polo Sweater in its oyster white shade emulates some serious cricket style. Get ready to don your whites and live out summer in winter, all for under thirty quid.
Cutting through the neutral shades we’re accustomed to for the colder season is this ultra bold yellow cable knit. The round neckline allows for easy visible layering, and the cable knit style keeps a smart feel to the knit. You’ll be sure to brighten up the office in this one.
