Thomas StewartThe introduction of new silhouettes when it comes to renowned brand such as TOMS is always an exciting enterprise. TOMS has now released information regarding the two new silhouettes that will feature in their Autumn/Winter 2014 collection. Introducing the Searcher Boot and Chukka, the new styles have a classic touch with a sharp coloured completion.
The working inspired Searcher Boot is, as they, themselves say, “an all-round sturdy utility boot with a sleek silhouette.” The shoe comes in classic black and brown and is made of full grain leather. The patterns, coupled with the colour gives off the rustic Autumn/Winter feeling.
This follows through with the Chukka boot with TOMS describes as “low profile”. Made of leather the Chukka comes in blue, tan or taupe and has trimmed weaves that is inspired by green tribal. In addition to the two silhouettes new colours and materials have been used for the popular Brogues and Sabado loafers as well as classic favourites such as Cordones, Paseos and Pasesos-Mid.
TOMS continues to surprise us with their new designs and ways of thinking forward. The AW14 collection is no different and the two silhouettes show that the men’s footwear world is continuous and evolving. Stay tuned for any updates as we, here at MFM, are sure there will be.
