Bushmills 12 Year Old takes the place of the brand’s 10 Year Old in GB, becoming its new introductory single malt to what is – undoubtedly – an extraordinary lineup of single malts. It isn’t just a replacement though, it offers a distinctly elevated experience for whiskey lovers.
With two extra years of maturation, it develops deeper, richer layers of flavour while staying smooth and approachable – a classic trademark of Bushmills’ single malt portfolio. What’s more, after its time spent in bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts, it’s finished in rare masala wine casks from Sicily – adding a luxurious touch of dried fruit, spice, caramel and toasted nuts. And finally, the triple distillation gives it an exceptional smoothness that perfectly balances depth with remarkable drinkability.
The result? A standout Irish whiskey made exclusively from malted barley that’s bursting with fruity spices and soft honey, leaving a lingering velvety finish.
