Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles as we checked into our 2 bedroomed private villa (Zi Beach Cottage). The villa, adorned with Swahili-inspired décor, exuded elegance and charm at every corner. But the real showstopper was the private pool overlooking the azure ocean waters, providing the perfect setting for indulgent relaxation and breathtaking sunrises.
One of the highlights of Zi Beach Cottage was the direct access to the beach via a private path from our villa. Mere steps away from our doorstep, we found ourselves sinking our toes into the soft sands and diving into the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Whether it was a leisurely stroll along the shore or a refreshing dip in the sea, the beach became our haven of tranquillity throughout our stay.

Our culinary journey at Zi Beach Cottage was equally impressive, thanks to the talented chef who delighted our palates with a tantalising array of flavours. From breakfast spreads to delectable lunches and romantic dinners served al fresco, every meal was a delight. We particularly cherished the moments when we savoured our meals on the terrace of our villa.

One of the most memorable experiences during our stay was the private boat safari organised by ZiVilla. Setting off into the vast expanse of the Indian Ocean, we embarked on a thrilling adventure that exceeded all expectations. We had the incredible opportunity to swim alongside dolphins in their natural habitat. We also explored vibrant coral reefs during snorkelling excursions and discovered the pristine beauty of a secluded sandbank, where we basked in the sun and revelled in the serenity of our surroundings.
Throughout our stay, the staff at Zi Villa showered us with exceptional hospitality and personalised attention. From arranging excursions to attending to our every need, they ensured that our experience was nothing short of perfection.
