Thomas StewartOtis Batterbee has already proven to us his constant dedication to producing stylish products within the travel and lifestyle categories. Now, with the AW14 collection, he’s extended this dedication with new ranges of accessories, an exciting enterprise which has already struck the interest of UK retailers.
The new pieces range from passport covers to wash bags, travel wallets to luggage tags and pouches to watch rolls – the latter having already been sold in Savile Rowe. These items come in shades of blue, cognac, oxblood and black and are set to be sold in Harrods, both their Knightsbridge and Terminal 5 stores.
Batterbee spoke out about the collection. He said, “I have always wanted to introduce leather to the range and it’s been very exciting working with the workshop in the UK to produce it.” He went on to describe the fabric change as a “natural progression”.
Batterbee has already claimed London Collections: Men and Man Paris, in which he launched a line of bags and luggage. He doesn’t want to stop there. When asked about expanding the business he said, “I’m developing ranges which will see us eventually move into apparel.” For now, we wait and in that time we have the debut leather collection already available to buy in Harrods and online.
