New Era Launches Second Edition X Collection

The world of men’s accessories is not a fast moving one. Belts, T-shirts, tie and pocket squares have been around for years and the man bag is now a common item. In fact, if there were one new piece that has made waves in this area it would have to be the cap.

New Era, the international lifestyle brand with an authentic sports heritage has just launched its second instalment of their Edition X partnership. The first collection was celebrated for its unique branded headwear that combined innovative design and desirability and is sold exclusively at selected Foot Locker stores around Europe.

Fresh out of the box (literally as the collection launched only last week), the Xpose NE 002 is a three piece headwear collection, handcrafted with a unique 3D layered mesh. The caps boast superior technical fabric, which is the latest addition to New Era’s bursting styles of innovative design.

Cap lovers everywhere will note the contemporary finish on the new model, as the transparency of the material brings an ultra modern edge to these latest designs. Inspired by performance and tech wear, form and function and the balance between these are exactly what this collection is all about.

New Era have also unveiled two new cap silhouettes – the 58 FIFTY and 59 FIFTY are subtle new snapbacks that are going to sell out in seconds. A nod to their sports heritage, three of the most celebrated teams in American sports make up the collection – the New York Yankees, LA Kings and Raiders.

Perhaps the best thing about the new range is the bold shades which it comes in – bright red, subtle grey and striking black, all from just £30. Available at Foot Locker stores.
